barbican-api software package provides OpenStack Key Management Service - API Server, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install barbican-api
barbican-api is installed in your system.
Make ensure the barbican-api package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep barbican-api *
You will get with barbican-api package name, version, architecture and description in a table
